We ride in the Tour de Wellness for fun and exercise. It is something that gets us together and outdoors without phones!

Tour de Wellness is one of my favorite rides of the year! It is located in the beautiful Chesterfield area that has some of the best cycling scenery around. The ride has great SAG support and a really great meal after the ride! The rest stops are well stocked and there are people cheering all along the route! I try to get all my friends to join me on this ride. Tour de Wellness really sets the bar high for cycling events! Please join me this year!
